When will my box ship?

Can the same box benefit kids age 3 to 10?

Definitely! It is dancer-tested. 

What is in a Butterfly Ballet Club monthly subscription box?

Each Story Ballet Box theme is based on a child-friendly ballet like Sleeping Beauty or The Nutcracker. Past boxes have included Princess Aurora from Sleeping Beauty, The Little Mermaid, and Swan Lake.

The Classic Box contains 5-7 items including costume accessories, dance props, educational materials and other themed products.

The deluxe Bravo Box contains everything in the Classic Box plus an inspiring ballet-themed book and an extra item your dancer will love.

More than a box! Each box includes a ballet lesson:

Do you offer a box for siblings? Yes, because it is more fun to dance together! Choose the Sibling Add On at checkout to add props, costume accessories and more for a second child. May be combined with the Classic or Bravo Box. Renews monthly.

A QR Code is included in your box. Access this delightful video as many times as you like during the month. The story ballet class is a perfect rainy day activity.

HAPPINESS GUARANTEE 

If your child doesn't LOVE her first box, return it to us within two weeks of delivery for a full refund. See "Refunds" below.

BILLING & SHIPPING

How much is shipping? Do you ship internationally?
FREE SHIPPING is included with every USPS order within the USA, just to keep you smiling. At this time we ship within the United States only. 

When will my subscription renew and ship?
Monthly Subscription Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month, one month from your first purchase date. You will be billed monthly going forward until you cancel your subscription. 

Pre-Paid Subscriptions  Prepaid Subscriptions do not renew at the end of their term.  

REFUNDS

All Purchases In the very unlikely case that your little dancer doesn't love her first box, return it to us in unused, new condition within 14 days for a full refund for the amount paid (including discounts) for your first box. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. No refunds or returns beyond the first box.

Pre-Paid Subscriptions  Since only the first box is returnable, purchaser returning the first box will receive a refund for the first box and store credit for the remaining boxes for the remaining months. We will also be happy to send the remaining boxes to another little dancer of your choice.

Gift Subscriptions All refunds and credits will be given to the purchaser, not the recipient.

CANCELLATIONS/PAUSE DELIVERY

Cancellations for renewing monthly subscriptions must be received 48 hours prior to your renewal date. Simply send us an email or login to your account. To pause your subscription for a month (for vacations, etc), login to your account.

MORE ABOUT SHIPPING

Shipping Damage

We are unable to guarantee that everyone who handles our boxes in the delivery process will be as careful as we were in putting them together. To report box contents damaged in shipping, email us a photo within 3 days of delivery. Each request will be evaluated case by case and we will work to make it right.

Subscription Box Shipping Example 

Subscription orders placed after the 1st of the month will be fulfilled the following month.

OTHER FAQs

Does my child need special equipment or clothing for story ballet class?
Not at all. Our subscription boxes are designed to provide everything she will need for a month (or years!) of ballet joy. No barres, special equipment or ballet attire are needed.

Do you have a box for boys? 
We do offer a 3 month subscription that focuses on traditionally male roles from The Nutcracker.
